ErgRace - Saturday - 4x20min Rate 20 - 7:45am GMT

A steady state 4 x 20min session on Saturday at 7:45am GMT using Concept 2's new Erg Race app open to all Z12 members!

Each 20min piece will start every 25mins. (i.e. 7:45am, 8:10am, 8:35am, 9am).

 - Concept 2 rowing machine with PM5 monitor

 - Update Concept 2 firmware to latest version

 - Download the ErgRace app

 - Ensure your Concept 2 log book ID is updated in your profile so we can add you to the event(Edit profile on your profile page)
