Description:

A steady state 60min session every Wednesday at 6pm using Concept 2's new Erg Race app open to all Z12 members!

If you are still building your steady state please join up and stay for the first 20/30mins etc.

 - Concept 2 rowing machine with PM5 monitor

 - Update Concept 2 firmware to latest version

 - Download the ErgRace app

 - Ensure your Concept 2 log book ID is updated in your profile so we can add you to the event(Edit profile on your profile page)
