ErgRace - Saturday - 4 x 25min Rate 20 - 3pm (GMT)

Description:

A steady state 4 x 25min session on Saturday at 3pm GMT using Concept 2's new Erg Race app open to all Z12 members!

Each 25min piece will start every 30mins. (i.e. 3pm 3:30pm 4pm and 4:30pm). 

Please join the app for any (or all) sessions!

Requirements:

 - Concept 2 rowing machine with PM5 monitor

 - Update Concept 2 firmware to latest version

 - Download the ErgRace app

 - Ensure your Concept 2 log book ID is updated in your profile so we can add you to the event(Edit profile on your profile page)
